Refund Policy

Thank-you for engaging the services of The Original Bingo & Trivia Co. pty. ltd.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all services rendered by the Original Bingo & Trivia

Co. If you are not satisfied with the services that you have purchased from us, you may be

eligible for a full or partial reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We

provide our service to the best of our ability and carry it out with due skill and care

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • Changed your mind

  • Insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice

  • Failed to clearly explain your needs to the provider.

  • Numbers at your event do not meet your expectations

  • You cancel your event with less than 24 hours notice
